1. General
You can cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt
without stating a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return costs are for your own account, unless otherwise agreed.
2. New products
Return in original
packaging and complete with all accessories.
Only inspect as you would in a store.
3. Second-hand / used products
Product must be returned in the same condition as received.
Additional use, assembly or damage may lead to a reduction in value.
Checks are carried out using photos, serial numbers or unique characteristics.
4. Shipping
Ensure a safely packed
shipment.
Damage or loss during transport is the responsibility of the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed, Gv Computerservice can offer you a label, which will include an address for a pick-up point.
5. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.
Processing may take several business days.
You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been processed.
