Registering a return with Gv Computerservice.

Returning a product is, of course, no problem at all.

Please let us know by email info.gvcomputerservice@ziggo.nl within 14 days of
receipt.

From the moment you indicate that you wish to return the order, you have another 14 days to actually return the order.

All products must be in their original condition and packaging.

For all items, we also expect them to be returned clean and unused.

Do not use the product packaging in which the item is contained as a shipping box.

If the products have been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to assess them, we may charge a reduction in value for this.

Register your return via the contact form below and enclose a copy with the product(s). Don't have a printer? You can also write the requested information on a note and include it with the return shipment.

If you receive a return label from us, we will always send it to a pick-up point near Gv Computerservice.

Your return package will then be picked up and processed as soon as possible.

Tip: Keep your shipping receipt.
Should something unexpectedly go wrong with the return shipment, we can trace the shipment with it.

Are certain purchases final?

  • Serial numbers or unique features will be checked upon return.
Can I send photos with my return?

Yes, it is even advisable for used parts.

  • State the order number, product name, and attach the photos.
  • Tip: keep files smaller than 10 MB or send multiple emails.
Does this also apply to purchases made via Marktplaats, Facebook or Instagram?

No, these terms and conditions apply exclusively to the Gv Computerservice webshop.
Sales via external platforms are subject to different agreements.

How quickly is my refund processed?
  • Once we have received and checked the product, we will refund the amount via the same payment method.
  • Depending on the bank, this may take a few business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
