When can I expect my order?
Ordered before 3:30 PM will be processed the same day.
Your order will be delivered in approximately 1 to 2 days.
If the item is not in stock, we will notify you.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery within the Netherlands
Your order will be handed over to PostNL for delivery. They handle both letterbox mail and parcel services for us. Most books and cards (and small items) are sent as letterbox mail. Both parcels and letterbox mail can be tracked via track & trace.
As soon as PostNL has processed your parcel/letterbox parcel, you will automatically receive a message at your specified email address with a track & trace code with which you can track the shipment. PostNL delivers in approximately 95% of cases within 1-2 working days for both letterbox mail and parcels within the Netherlands. Occasionally, it takes longer due to high demand, for example around the holidays in December. We have no control over this delay, and usually, the order still arrives the next day. We therefore do not guarantee delivery on a specific day/time, only an indication. Fortunately, delivery almost always takes place the next day in practice.
Tracking of letterbox parcels
Tracking of letterbox mail is not as accurate as tracking of parcels. When a letterbox parcel is handed over to the postman, the status will indicate that it will be delivered that day between 08:00 and 18:00. It will be delivered with your regular mail; there is no need to stay at home for this. Sometimes it happens that delivery takes place a day later than initially indicated, and sometimes the status is already 'delivered' while you have not yet received anything. Don't worry, in almost all cases the letterbox parcel will still be delivered the next day. In these cases, we ask you to be patient.
Occasionally, it takes longer. If you have not heard from us or PostNL after 4 working days, please contact us. We will then investigate what is going on.
Delivery outside the Netherlands
Shipping to Belgium takes an average of 3-4 working days. Parcels are faster, usually arriving within 2-3 working days.
Within the rest of Europe, it often takes 1-2 weeks. Outside Europe, the delivery time can be up to 6 weeks (e.g., United States, Canada, Australia).
I want to add something to my order. Is that still possible?
It is, of course, possible that after placing your order, you might remember something else you'd like to add. This is possible, as long as your order has not yet been packed and shipped.
Please let us know as soon as possible via email what you would like to add and what your order number is for the order you have already placed.

Can I still cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email. Let us know the name under which your order was placed and, if possible, your order number. We also appreciate it if you specify whether it concerns the entire order or only a part of it.

I haven't received a confirmation email. What now?
You have placed an order. As soon as your order has been received in good order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
Sometimes the order confirmation is not received. In most cases, this is due to one of the following reasons:
- The email is in your spam or junk folder. Some providers automatically filter our emails, so the email may have ended up there.
- A mistake was made in the email address provided. In that case, neither our confirmation email nor the PostNL email with the track & trace will be delivered.
- The payment failed. When this happens, the order is automatically cancelled. You will not receive a message about this and you will not receive an order confirmation.

Returning your order
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. However, the item you wish to return must be in its original packaging and condition.
This applies to both new and used parts.
The return period is within 14 days, after which you can no longer send the return to us.
If you wish to return an order, please send us a message first so that we know you intend to return an order.

Shipping costs for returns
If you return an order, the shipping costs are for you.
If you return a partial order, we will refund the purchase price of the items received by us.

Do you do repairs
Yes, we carry out small repairs, such as replacing SSD/HDD memory and so on.
We also install software.
We also offer a connection service for printers, components in your PC or laptop, or getting your new system ready for use.
